Problem

Increase Scheduled Delivery engagement for Sherwin PRO contractors.

Solution

Add interest by gamifying, educating and animating a scroll stopping banner within the authenticated dashboard. The idea was to create an empty state that educates the user while the dynamic state shows the user’s delivery stats.

My Impact

  • Led the strategy and pushed the envolope for the PRO.
  • Introduced animation for the dynamic banner.

Messaging and Design Exploration

We need the user to understand the value of Scheduled Delivery to increase usage. By using this feature, the user will spend more time on the job and less on the road. Design and copy worked hand-in-hand to explore iterations.

Empty State

Educating the user. Since this state is only shown when the user has not used the Scheduled Delivery feature, the goal is to state the value in text.

Dynamic State

This banner appears on the user's dashboard when they have used the Scheduled Delivery feature. The animated banner shows the user's delivery stats.
